Our client, a large Australian Federal Government financial intelligence agency, require the services of a Change Manager.
Duties of the Change Manager
* Supporting the development of change management documentation & deliverables, including developing communications plans, training & integration plans & change strategies for digital projects;
* Maintain change schedules & relevant documentation within an agile delivery environment;
* Lead the roll-out of supporting change initiatives & associated communications sequenced to critical releases & project milestones;
* Build awareness of program benefits & deliverables through workshops;
* Regular reporting & delivery of artefacts to project teams & governance committees on status of change management & communication initiatives;
* Define success measures & adoption KPIs for releases & monitor post-implementation performance & user engagement/sentiment to identify continuous improvement opportunities;
* Create & implement business readiness plan in respect to change, centred around system upgrades & system deployments.
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven capability in the effective communication & implementation of end-to end change management plans to maximise adoption of digital initiatives;
* Experience conducting training & co-design workshops;
* Experience working across critical & complex programs of work supporting current & future change;
* Experience or knowledge working in ServiceNow or equivalent enterprise service management system (desired).
