National Account Manager – New Zealand (based in Melbourne)

Crayola is a global, iconic brand and market leader of over 100 years, with a portfolio of innovative art tools, crafting activities, and creative toys that give kids the power to express all that inspires them as they discover, play, pretend and dream.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing key New Zealand accounts, including The Warehouse Group and our independent distributor in New Zealand, along with other Australian national accounts. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience managing New Zealand accounts and a passion for building strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales plans to achieve Crayola's financial goals and increase market share of Crayola products.
* Manage and nurture key national accounts across New Zealand and Australia, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term sustainable partnerships.
* Analyze account performance, customer satisfaction, and key metrics to drive growth.
* Provide regular reports and strategic insights to the business.
* Develop and implement key account annual operating plans in line with Crayola's strategic direction and goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, customer service, finance, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of services and a consistent customer experience.


Requirements:

* Proven experience as an account manager within Consumer Goods, demonstrating a track record of achieving financial KPIs.
* Experience within the New Zealand Market, having managed accounts from New Zealand in a previous remit.
* Leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* A strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
