We are currently recruiting for Stewards to join our Kitchen team. As a valued member of our Stewarding team, you help keep daily operations running smoothly and support an exceptional guest experience. You'll maintain clean, organized back‐of‐house areas, ensure equipment is ready for service, and respond quickly to operational needs. This role centres on teamwork, communication, and creating an environment where our guests can enjoy seamless, high‐quality hospitality.
Responsibilities
* Washing of dishes along with general back‐of‐house cleaning and maintenance.
* Ensure all cleaning schedules are maintained.
* Ensure all chemicals are used and stored correctly.
* Ensure 'Daily Cleaning Checklists' are completed for all back‐of‐house areas and related front‐of‐house components.
Role Requirements
* High level of grooming and personal presentation.
* High level of both written and verbal communication.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
