As a Sundancer Homes Residential Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for new customers building their dream home. You'll guide clients through our process with honesty, clarity, and confidence while helping them choose the right design, inclusions, and package for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and engage customers in our display home and deliver a premium, honest experience
* Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable home designs
* Prepare pricing, tenders, and contract documents with accuracy and detail
* Maintain CRM notes, follow-up pipelines, and meet key sales metrics
* Work closely with our drafting, estimating, and operations teams
* Represent Sundancer Homes professionally at all times
* Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, marketing, and sales processes
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
* Confident, friendly, and great at building rapport
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Driven to exceed targets while maintaining strong ethics
* Experienced in residential sales, building, or real estate (preferred)
* Comfortable working weekends and managing a busy display home
* Computer literate and confident with CRM systems and digital workflows
* A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
