Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the planning and execution of a multi-year SAP transformation program. This initiative includes a brownfield conversion to SAP S/4HANA and the implementation of SAP HR, Concur, and Ariba aimed at modernizing core business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Asset Management.
\
Key responsibilities include managing the overall SAP transformation program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in SAP program/project management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale SAP implementations, including S/4HANA programs.
\
Other key requirements include strong understanding of SAP Finance, HR, Procurement, and integration points, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and experience in utilities or asset-intensive industries is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
