Casual Customer Service Officer

The following experience is essential:
* Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
* High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in computer applications such as Customer Records Management
A Justice of the Peace (JP Certificate) or Certificate III or IV in customer service, business administration or other relevant discipline would be an advantage!
Our Customer Service Officers report to the Team Leader Customer Service and works across our concierge and customer service counters and supports all phone inquiries.
Initial employment is offered on a casual basis with further opportunities potentially available for temporary employment of up to 12 months with access to other opportunities within Council.
Hours of Work: Shifts are Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Location: The Civic Centre, Shellharbour City Centre.
Salary: $42.84 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + 12% Superannuation.

Casual Administration positions
What we are specifically looking for - we are seeking to bolster our administration pool with casual employees. Candidates with previous experience in an administration role, finance functions and/or records management would be highly desired.
Once successful in the recruitment process our casual administration pool is used to backfill leave, help out during busy periods or for specific projects across the whole of Council. Hours and work are flexible and as a Council employee you will gain access to other potential opportunities.
Hours of Work: Shifts are Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Location: The Civic Centre, Shellharbour City Centre or may including other council locations within the Shellharbour LGA.
Salary: $42.84 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) however may be dependent on each position + 12% Superannuation.
