Job Summary
Kincrome, a leading supplier of high-quality tools and equipment across Australia and New Zealand, is seeking an experienced sales professional to join its team as a Territory Sales Manager.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographical sales territory, ensuring a monthly call cycle is prepared and followed. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing customer relationships and identifying opportunities to increase sales revenue;
* Ensuring core product ranges are stocked and promoted effectively in every customer location;
* Achieving promotional sales targets by demonstrating product features and benefits to customers;
* Conducting regular analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth;
* Sourcing new business opportunities through trade shows and field days;
* Performing general administration tasks, including warranty claims and local area marketing.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years of account management or sales experience, ideally within a wholesale or B2B environment;
* Strong planning and time management skills;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills;
* Confident use of systems like Excel and CRM Tools;
* Ability to work autonomously while being part of a high-performing team;
* Willingness to travel throughout your territory and work occasional evenings/weekends;
* Ability to lift and move stock (some lifting over 22.5kg may be required).
