As a store person, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.
Key activities in the role:
* Receiving, unpacking and storage of incoming goods.
* Picking, packing and despatch of goods.
* Completion of associated paperwork.
* Assisting with stocktakes and stock management.
* Use of forklifts/machinery to move goods.
* Assist in local deliveries to customers.
This hands-on role will require physical manual handling of industrial products for the purposes of preparing customer orders.
Ideal candidates possess:
* Current Forklift Ticket desirable.
* Previous experience working in a warehouse or a related environment.
* Valid driver's license required.
* Enthusiastic attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
* The ability to multitask and priority your workloads
* Experience in industrial products such industrial hose and fittings is highly desirable but not essential
