Looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join a well established team in NE Suburbs.

This well-established, SA success story specialises in manufacturing and has a reputation for supplying quality products across Australia and New Zealand. They are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a permanent basis in their offices North East of Adelaide.
**Your new role**
You'll be responsible for accounts receivable processing, duties will include but are not limited too the following:
- Bank account preparation for EFT receipt processing
- Account reconciliation management on the delegated key accounts
- debt recovery management on the delegated debtors portfolio
- Cheque deposit slip & express deposit bag preparation
- Customer receipt processing (EFT, Direct Debit, Credit Card, Cheque)
- Customer credit card processing
- Maintenance of the Direct Debit payment system
- Receipt preparation & upload into the ERP system on delegated key accounts
- Customer credit claim preparation & distribution to authorisers
- Sales Adjustment Note processing
- General Ledger Adjustment Note processing
- Attending to customer requests for Invoice/POD copies
- POD sorting, scanning & retrieval
- Reception relief
- Other administration duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
- You'll have recent end to end accounts receivable experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional and friendly approach
- The ability to follow up outstanding accounts with firmness but with good customer service
