Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Front Office Manager to join our Port Douglas team. You will oversee the efficient day-to-day operation of the resort, interacting with owners, guests, resort departments, the community, and the corporate office. Responsibilities include:
Motivating and inspiring the front office team
Promoting teamwork across resort departments
Leading recruitment, hiring, and training of staff within budget guidelines
Assisting with policy and procedure implementation and monitoring
Qualifications
Proven management abilities
Flexibility to meet with clients, including working weekends and holidays
Experience in motivating, training, coaching, and disciplining employees
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Resort Hospitality Management
