You're hands-on, practical, and take real pride in your workmanship. You're reliable, communicate well, and enjoy working as part of a small, tight-knit team.
You're comfortable working with tools, reading plans, problem-solving on the fly, and getting stuck in on-site. You follow instructions well, take initiative, and like seeing a job done properly from start to finish.
Lift installation experience is NOT required
Trade background as a Fitter, Boilermaker, Carpenter (or similar)
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

As a Lift Installer, your duties will include:
• Installing lift systems in line with plans and company procedures
• Mechanical assembly, fitting, and on-site installation work
• Working safely and following all lift and site safety requirements
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and a tidy work area
• Communicating clearly with builders, clients, and internal staff
• Meeting job schedules and project timelines
• Supporting team members and working collaboratively on-site
