Job Description
As an Employment Lawyer, you will work closely with a Head of ER/IR who is known for mentorship and career development. You will be responsible for managing complex ER casework, conducting investigations, delivering training on workplace behavior and advising on flexible work and award/EBA compliance. Your influence will shape industrial relations outcomes and ensure positive engagement across the business.
* Manage and coach on complex ER casework and conduct investigations.
* Deliver training on workplace behaviour and sexual harassment policies.
* Advise on flexible work, award/EBA compliance and emerging IR issues.
* Represent the business in mediations, conciliations and hearings.
* Contribute to the negotiation and implementation of EBAs.
* Build capability of HRBPs and people leaders through tools, coaching and frameworks.
* Deliver ER/IR actions in line with the People Strategy and Annual Plan.
* Lead compliance initiatives and maintain ER/IR reporting for executive and board audiences.
