Key Responsibilities:
* Craft Exceptional Meals: Create and prepare high-quality, innovative dishes that enhance the dining experience for our members and guests.
* Optimise Kitchen Operations: Ensure efficient kitchen workflows, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and uphold rigorous food safety standards.
* Foster Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the front of house and back of house team to help promote a positive and cooperative environment.
* Uplift Dining Experiences: Deliver exceptional service and quality, consistently aiming to exceed customer expectations and enrich their overall experience at the club.
Skills required to be successful in role:
* Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques and presentation.
* Ability to work effectively with front and back of house team members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in optimising workflows and maintaining food safety standards.
* Focus on consistent quality, inventory management, and cost control.
* Commercial Cookery Qualification.
