About the opportunity
We are seeking a pool of Client Services Officers for our Quarantine Branch based in Redcliffe. We are a dynamic team dedicated to providing responsive, efficient, and customer-focused services.
In this role, you will prepare and send invoices to customers for receiving our services provided by the branch, process payments, and manage debt collection for outstanding invoices. Your responsibilities will also include responding to customer inquiries, assisting with meeting preparations, and maintaining office systems and databases. You'll have the opportunity to foster collaborative relationships with branch staff and stakeholders, contributing to continuous process improvements.
We're seeking organised individuals who have customer service experience, particularly in administrative and financial support roles.
Ideal candidates will also have; time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently, and will be able to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people.
Demonstrated capability to produce and deliver clear, accurate, and fit-for-purpose information and documentation to arrange of diverse stakeholders.
This role offers flexible working arrangements and the ability to work from home on a rostered day, however there is limited on-site parking.
