In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a team delivering strategic workforce change and enablement, this role is central to shaping the future of our organisation through data-driven insights, organisational design, and workforce planning.
This role will see you lead analytical projects, deliver monthly reporting, and support workforce transformation initiatives. You'll work across organisational design, change evaluation, and strategic planning, contributing to programs that engage, educate, and enable our people. With opportunities to collaborate across divisions and influence high-impact decisions, you'll develop your expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This fixed term position is available in a hybrid working model which are aligned with our Flexible Working Arrangements procedures which offers hybrid arrangements subject to approvals including having a mix of two to three days in our Macquarie Park office as well as remote working. The team anchor days are Monday and Wednesday at Macquarie Park.

About you
You bring experience in PMO, governance, program coordination or enterprise transformation environments, with a strong track record of managing structured pipelines and supporting complex delivery frameworks.
Your strong analytical mindset, stakeholder engagement skills, and strategic thinking, formed across workforce planning, organisational design, and data analysis roles, will see you navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and deliver actionable insights that lead to enhanced organisational capability and workforce outcomes.
You're recognised as a strategic thinker and problem solver, skilled at translating complex data into meaningful workforce solutions, and experienced in leading change, influencing stakeholders, and managing reporting frameworks.
You will build innovative solutions and deliver efficiencies in a complex, high-demand environment, helping shape the future of Transport for NSW through evidence-based workforce strategies. You also bring appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience, enabling you to lead with credibility and deliver high-impact outcomes.
