The role of a Service Specialist is to provide expert technical assistance and coordination for technical activities at a national level, focusing on the Bizerba product portfolio.
This position primarily supports local customers through equipment installation, servicing and breakdown support. The specialist will also provide remote assistance and travel to other locations to support all Bizerba customers.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
* Provide installation, breakdown and servicing support to customers
* Support equipment with interstate travel required to resolve emergency situations and installations
* Liaise with teams to gather technical information and resolve issues
* Assist the Spare Parts Department in recommending parts to be kept in stock
* Evaluate and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
* Offer remote technical support to customers and technicians
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* 7-10 years of experience with Bizerba products
* A thorough understanding of processes and systems
* Reliability and strong work ethic
* Excellent organisational skills and time management
* The ability to think creatively and possess methodical problem-solving attributes
