Trade Maintenance Coordinator
The Snowy 2.0 Project brings together a team of skilled professionals to design, construct, and deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.
This iconic project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide maintenance planning and scheduling for day-to-day facility and equipment maintenance, long-term planned maintenance, shutdowns, and breakdowns.
* Assist with site-wide maintenance scoping, quotation, purchasing, planning, stocktake, and information distribution.
* Effectively interface with the maintenance team, site personnel, and external functional teams to ensure maintenance tasks are carried out in an efficient, prioritized, and organized manner.
* Assist in providing a site-wide maintenance plan and strategy that aligns with the FGJV Policy.
* Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for short- and long-term planning.
* Continually review execution schedules and plans to determine if time frames can be compressed or costs reduced for continuous improvement.
* Maintain a master maintenance schedule for the site and allocate weekly plans to various departments.
* Integrate third-party schedules into the master schedule when required.
* Provide timely planned and ad-hoc reporting to assist in breakdown, review, and improve maintenance tasks and strategies.
* Manage parts, equipment, and resources procurement, in consultation with maintenance leadership, to ensure safe and expedient execution of all maintenance and site requirements.
* Provide support to site management during maintenance execution.
* Ensure cost control and purchasing/financial processes are well followed by all involved.
* Schedule workforce training, VOCs, and documentation to ensure all maintenance activities are compliant with safe work practices and FGJV policy.
* Maintain strong communication and work collaboratively with other maintenance schedulers to effectively manage shared responsibilities across multiple project sites.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, and Excel essential, PowerPoint desirable.
* Previous experience with CMMS (e.g. SAP, MEX, or similar) and demonstrated ability to improve maintenance processes and data accuracy.
* Strong understanding of assorted trade-based maintenance works or willingness to learn.
* Previous experience writing or contributing to the development of strategic asset management plans highly desirable.

Selection Criteria:
* Hold a current driver's license.
* Have 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Hold a current general construction induction training (white card).
* Right to work in Australia.
* Be able to pass a criminal history check and a medical.
