We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, coordinating the activities of various project teams, tracking and monitoring project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and project management principles. They will also possess strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules
* Coordinating the activities of various project teams
* Tracking and monitoring project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Solid understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and project management principles
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar (preferred)
