About the Role
Dealer Wholesale Officer is part of the Dealer Wholesale team within Business Banking. You'll play a critical part in the end-to-end operational processing of dealer floorplan facilities, supporting dealers, distributors and internal stakeholders to ensure settlements, payments and compliance activities are completed accurately and on time. You'll work closely with Sales, Credit, Risk and Finance to coordinate settlements, review documentation, process transactions and maintain dealer and distributor setups within our systems. This is a hands-on role where organisation, attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities matter. You'll also be a key point of contact for dealers, providing guidance and support over the phone and via email, helping them navigate floorplan facilities and systems with confidence. This role suits someone who enjoys structured processing work, takes pride in doing things right the first time, and thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment where no two days are quite the same.
About you
You're organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks while meeting daily deadlines and SLAs. You have a strong customer service mindset and communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders. Ideally, you'll bring experience in a similar operational, banking, finance or accounts role, along with a solid understanding of documentation, payments or settlements. You're confident using systems and Excel, pick up new processes quickly, and enjoy following procedures while also solving problems as they arise. Most importantly, you care about quality, compliance and delivering a positive experience for both internal teams and external customers.
