The Role: Admin Manager
This is a leadership role, responsible for managing claim expectations and supporting building supervisors across the life cycle of insurance claims. You'll ensure compliance with client KPIs, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Key responsibilities:
* Track, analyse and ensure compliance with MLB's key performance indicators (KPIs) for role requirements and your allocated building team
* Direct and coordinate your designated building team through all stages of claims and assessments — ensuring quality control, project timelines, and contractual obligations are met, with customer satisfaction as a top priority
* Administer jobs within MLB systems — keeping records updated, documents accurately maintained and categorised, and all status changes and communications correctly logged
* Monitor, review, and authorise job and subcontractor invoicing in line with delegated financial authorities
* Provide high‐level communication to clients, maintaining contact throughout each claim and responding promptly to queries — including updating client portals to accurately reflect real‐time job progress
