I am currently looking to recruit Transmission Lines Engineer of all levels for my clients' statewide, both for consultancies and contractors. In this role, you'll: Provide technical expertise in overhead transmission & distribution, supporting clients in the generation and industrial HV sectors. Lead design efforts, utilizing PLS-CADD modeling and delivering quality project outcomes within budget and on schedule or; lead major projects on the construction side. Ensure adherence to Australian and international standards in transmission line design, testing, and commissioning. Mentor junior team members and cultivate client relationships to secure new opportunities. Champion innovation, safety, and sustainability in all aspects of project delivery. Uphold SHEQ obligations and maintain confidentiality at all times. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering. Proven professional experience in a related field. Strong interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail. Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Commercial acumen and client-focused mindset. Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
