Offer description

We don't just run campaigns - we create impact. We're looking for a curious, data-driven Digital Performance Manager who's hungry to push boundaries, master platforms, and deliver results that matter.

If you thrive on turning insights into action, love collaborating with smart and creative people, and want to work with some of the world's best brands, this could be the role that changes your career trajectory.

Allow us to introduce ourselves

We're Apparent, a full-service, independent agency made up of 180 thinkers, creators and solution-makers doing what we do best. One thing you should know about us: we've got an entrepreneurial spirit, and we know the work worth doing doesn't fit into neat, tidy boxes. And neither should you, for that matter. Our warehouse space in Redfern is here for you to gather, make stuff you're proud of and grow your strengths (even if they have nothing to do with your job description).

We punch well above our weight, with some of the biggest clients in the world on our roster, from tech giants like Google and IBM, to local brands like Sydney Symphony Orchestra and Kinatico.

A few things you'll like about working here:

* A hybrid working policy
* Generous parental leave and extra summer days off
* Heaps of growth and training opportunities
* 24/7 access to our employee assistance program for you and your family

Success in this role requires strong experience managing paid search and paid social to drive measurable acquisition outcomes.

Planning: Partner with the planning team to create performance media plans, leveraging forecasting and data insights to guide strategy against client objectives.

Partner Management & Negotiation: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners, provide clear briefs and support negotiations to maximise value for client investment.

Technical Expertise: Maintain strong expertise across key platforms and ad tech, while guiding best practices and identifying opportunities to adopt new tools, technologies, and innovations.

Client Communication: Act as a key client contact, leading performance conversations, presenting insights, and providing strategic recommendations.

Experience & Skills

* Hands on experience across multiple platforms including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Spotify, DSP's & ad tech platforms (Campaign Manager, GTM, verification such as IAS)
