Site Manager / Project Manager – New Build | Public Sector | Perth Area
We are working with a Tier 1 National Main Contractor on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager /Project Manager to deliver a £3 million new build public sector project based in the Perth area.
This is a chance to join a multi-disciplined team known for delivering complex construction projects across the UK with a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and community impact.
What you'll be doing:
* Taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from inception through to completion
* Leading the site team, managing subcontractors, and liaising with clients and consultants
* Driving programme, quality, health & safety, and commercial performance
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience managing new build projects, ideally within the public sector
* Strong track record delivering projects from the ground up
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certifications (essential)
* Degree-qualified or strong trade background will be considered
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
