Join us in this exciting 12 month Fixed Term Opportunity as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant. As the conduit between client business users, stakeholders and implementation teams, you will lead workshops, elicit requirements, craft solutions and articulate ServiceNow concepts to clients at all levels. You will be comfortable in front of clients as you'll be leading testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training. To succeed in this role you should have strong ServiceNow technical knowledge and configuration skills, with certifications such as CSA required. Knowledge of ITIL best practice including CMDB, CSDM, Service Design and SIAM is also essential.
