Job Description

This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to manage the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant.

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is run efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of customer service and quality in all aspects of the business.

You will work closely with other senior managers to develop and implement operational strategies that drive sales growth and profitability.

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also be expected to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including managing staff, controlling stock levels, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Leadership and Management: Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within high-volume operations. The ability to lead, motivate, and engage a large team is essential.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
* Problem-Solving and Adaptability: The ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations is critical in this fast-paced environment.
* Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
