Coordinating Production Expert
The key objective of this role is to ensure the smooth execution of productions - from managing logistics for talent and crew to maintaining schedules, milestones, and deliverables on track.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate travel and logistical requirements for talent and crew across the production slate
* Manage end-to-end production needs for assigned shows, ensuring accurate schedules, milestones, and resource allocation
* Maintain and update production calendars with regular progress reports to internal stakeholders such as finance, publicity, legal, and broadcast teams
* Track and report production costs, ensuring timely processing of payments and delivering accurate cost updates to management
* Provide dedicated support to on-screen talent throughout the production lifecycle, addressing logistical challenges and ensuring health, safety, and well-being standards are met.
