I am partnering with a Tier 3 commercial construction company known for delivering high-quality, architecturally designed residential projects across SEQ. With a strong and growing project pipeline, they are now seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join their expanding HSEQ team. This role will be the sole site-based Safety Advisor on a multi-million-dollar high‐rise residential development located in Brisbane's inner suburbs. You will work closely alongside an established HSE Manager and Project Manager, with genuine long‐term career progression as the business continues to scale.
The Role
* Sole site‐based Safety Advisor on a major high‐rise residential project
* Based in Brisbane's inner suburbs
* Partnering closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership
* Supporting a builder with a strong forward pipeline of high‐rise projects
About You
* Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction
* High‐rise project experience is essential
* Confident operating autonomously as the sole site safety representative
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence site teams
* Practical, proactive, and solutions‐focused approach to safety
* Comfortable working within established safety systems while driving continuous improvement
