About the Centre – Guardian Torquay:
Located at 3-5 Attunga Drive, Torquay VIC 3228, our newly refurbished centre offers a cozy, coastal setting near the beach. Led by an experienced and supportive Centre Manager, Celine, and passionate team, you’ll feel right at home from day one!

The Opportunity
As an Educator, you will:
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team.
- Develop and deliver creative early learning programs inspired by the EYLF and NQF.
- Document and share children’s learning journeys with families.
- Actively engage with the Guardian Curriculum to inspire exploration, discovery, and play.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or actively working towards it)
- Experience in long day care
- A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, 11 Child safe standards and current early years practices
- A valid Working with Children Check for VIC state
- Must be an Australian Citizen, PR or be an NZ citizen (we do not provide sponsorships)
