About The Role
We at BOQ Group are seeking an experienced commercial or agribusiness banker for our new Relationship Executive role in Townsville. This role involves managing an existing customer portfolio with support from an Analyst, focusing on expanding our commercial and agribusiness portfolios by addressing their unique financial needs. The Relationship Executive will serve as the primary client expert, providing insights, guidance, and solutions to foster growth and resilience.

About You
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agribusiness and/or commercial banking, with strong industry knowledge and a strategic growth mindset. You should possess excellent relationship management, negotiation, and influence skills, along with the ability to build referral networks and maintain long-term customer relationships.
