The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions across white-collar and blue-collar roles within the organisation.
The Recruitment Officer will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Responsibilities:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidatesSource and screen resumes to identify potential candidatesConduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualificationsCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersManage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer lettersBuild and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managersManage labour hire needs as requiredEnsure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiringSource and maintain talent pool for blue collar workforceAbout You:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamExcellent organisational and time management skillsKnowledge of recruitment best practicesProven track record of filling roles in a timely mannerProven ability handling confidential informationFamiliarity with HR databases, preferably Employment HeroAbility to work under pressureWhat You Need To Do Next?
