The environment is highly collaborative, with cross-functional teams working together to build scalable, resilient, and customer-centric platforms. **Your new role** As the Performance Test Lead, you will own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle across complex, integrated systems. You'll lead strategy, design, execution, analysis, and optimisation activities while guiding a team of performance engineers and partnering closely with architects, developers, and senior stakeholders. **What you'll need to succeed**- 10-12 years of overall experience, including 3+ years in a Performance Test Lead or Manager role- Strong expertise with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, Neoload, K6)- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI)- Proficiency with APM and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk, DataDog)- Solid understanding of web, API, microservices, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and database performance tuning- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills- Ability to lead teams and manage performance testing across large-scale, distributed, or mission-critical systems- (Nice to have) Experience with performance engineering, cloud-native testing, Kubernetes, container workloads, chaos/resilience testing.**What you'll get in return*** The opportunity to lead performance engineering for high-visibility, enterprise-grade platforms* A collaborative environment with strong architectural and engineering support* Exposure to modern tooling, cloud technologies, and performance engineering practices* The ability to influence performance strategy and drive continuous improvement across teams**What you need to do now** If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
