Business Transformation Consultant
About the Role
The Business Transformation Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving change across various teams and stakeholders by analyzing data, identifying gaps, and ensuring seamless transition to new systems.
This position involves interpreting business needs into system solutions, facilitating testing, training, and go-live activities, while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Deliver in-depth analysis and documentation of business requirements for Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Travel, and Expense Management value streams
* Collaborate with business areas and technical teams to create, validate, and translate business needs into functional specifications
* Support data collection, cleansing, and validation for migration and reporting purposes
* Identify discrepancies between existing business processes and system capabilities, recommending optimization strategies
* Develop tools and documentation to support business readiness and change management initiatives
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to gather insights, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
* Provide subject matter expertise to support testing, change management, and implementation activities, ensuring traceability of requirements through to delivery
* Contribute to post-go-live support and improvement activities
