About the role
As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be the go‐to support for the store's senior leadership team. You keep energy high and workflow smooth in your designated department, leading by example and ensuring every day is a success.
What's involved
* Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers.
* Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours.
* Help onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support.
* Maintain merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements.
* Manage and coordinate stock effectively.
Who we're looking for
Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team. You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast‐paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.

* Approachable and confident, creating positive experiences when interacting with customers.

* Ability to work on your feet assisting customers across a wide range of retail hours.
