About the Role
The Senior Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. This position involves:
* Overseeing month-end close and reporting in line with group deadlines;
* Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial processes and data;
* Maintaining robust internal controls and ensuring legislative compliance;
* Leading finance projects including system upgrades and business transformations;
* Collaborating with executive leadership to align financial strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
In addition to the above requirements, the key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Managing consolidated financial statements in compliance with Australian Accounting Standards and local regulations;
2. Preparing and submitting monthly Finance Board Pack with results, analysis, and commentary;
3. Driving quarterly divisional forecasting and annual financial planning;
4. Leading FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
5. Overseeing payroll processing and ensuring legislative compliance;
6. Collaborating with various financial and operational stakeholders within the business to drive continuous process and reporting improvement initiatives;
7. Procurement & Inventory Management: Overseeing procurement activities ensuring budget alignment and value-for-money; Managing inventory and packaging processes, including stock control and supplier relationships;
8. Maintaining procurement policies and systems for compliance and efficiency.
