Job Title: ICT Contract and Procurement Manager
The role involves providing high-level advice to clients on matters relating to contract management and procurement functions. Key responsibilities include managing strategic ICT contracts, developing contract management plans, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising on procurement processes.
* Developing and executing contract management strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
* Managing release and evaluation processes for sourcing documentation.
* Providing guidance and mentorship to staff on state and departmental procurement and contract management policies.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in implementing contemporary procurement and contract management strategies.
* Conceptual and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex ICT procurement and contract management issues.
* Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and team members.
* Delivering high-quality ICT procurement outcomes and managing conflicting priorities.
