About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to lead the Demand and Supply Planning function, ensuring an effective, end-to-end process that supports business continuity. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to address risks and opportunities while maintaining supply continuity and accurate reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Demand Planners to ensure optimal Supply Planning for both the Australia and New Zealand markets.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain to enhance operational efficiency.
* Oversee inventory management, focusing on maintaining the product mix within budget parameters.
* Act as the primary escalation point for supply-related issues, ensuring swift resolution.
* Facilitate monthly Supply Review forums to ensure strategic alignment with S&BP processes.
* Prepare and present data for Monthly S&BP meetings, providing insights for key decision-making.
* Compile and submit government-mandated Minimum Stock Requirement (MSR) reports.
* Collaborate with stakeholders in the weekly Supply Risk management forum to provide accurate, timely information.
* Contribute to the People Leader Exchange (PLX) group and partner with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to promote a ‘best-in-class’ culture.
* Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt.
