About the role
We are seeking a passionate and forward‐thinking Senior Lecturer in Nursing to join our team and contribute to excellence at the University of Canberra.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver and coordinate high‐quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs
* Promote excellence in teaching and learning practices
* Build and maintain strong links with industry, government, and professional bodies
* Conduct high‐quality research aligned with the research direction of the Discipline, including publication, funding applications, active participation in conferences as appropriate, preparation of research projects, and actively recruiting HDR students
About you
* A PhD in Nursing or a related discipline and unconditional registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
* Demonstrated experience teaching in graduate entry nursing programs in Australia, and experience as a Course Convenor/Coordinator, including curriculum development and accreditation processes
* A track record of research publications, higher degree research student supervision and success in securing competitive grant funding
