FILTEC is the most successful privately owned Water Treatment Solutions business in New Zealand, with our newest two offices here in Australia. As recent market entrant here in Australia, we are already building a strong reputation through our proven track record. (FILTEC as a whole, has experienced double digit year on year growth for over three decades).
The Australian business accounts for about 10% of our revenue and headcount here in ANZ. We have laid the foundations for a successful Equipment Sales and Service business Now we're ready to resource the team for growth We opened our Queensland Office three years ago and have experienced year on year growth.
Nationally, FILTEC's Project Team contains two Regional Managers, A Regional Sales Manager, 7 Engineers supported by a dedicated shared services team. Looking to the future FILTEC has a pipeline of stimulating and varied works with water corporations, council and industrial businesses – it's the ideal time to join
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
"A rounded role, managing accounts, providing trusted advice, whilst being hands on and directly building, upgrading and maintaining drinking water equipment"
* Business development & Account Management
* Sales & Operations planning & execution (supporting Regional Manager)
* Preparing quotes and proposals
* Lead generation & qualification for project opportunities
* Support for Treatment Solutions
* Representation of FILTEC in industry and customer forums
SUCCESS PROFILE
1) Trade / or Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering OR Water Treatment Operations
2) Experience in Water Treatment as an engineer, technician or hands on sales professional.
