We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join our Settlements team. This role involves managing the end-to-end conveyancing process for residential, farming and commercial property transactions.
About the Role
* Providing high-quality conveyancing services to clients by preparing and reviewing all necessary documentation
* Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth settlement process
* Conducting title and property searches, and preparing settlement statements
* Advising clients on their rights and obligations throughout the conveyancing process with support from lawyers within the team
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
