The Client Success Executive plays a vital role in fostering strong relationships with clients and driving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the onboarding process, administer relationships, ensure client retention, and provide exceptional service for our products.
* Maintain excellent client relationships with assigned accounts and leverage these connections to grow our business.
* Become a subject matter expert and deliver ongoing training and support to our clients, addressing their needs proactively and through inbound queries.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather client feedback and inform product enhancements.
* Support the Head of Client Success and Account Management team in developing a comprehensive client engagement, retention, and renewal strategy.
* Partner with the Technical Sales team to identify sales opportunities, prospect new clients, upsell existing services, and develop cross-product solutions.
* Work with the Account Management team to manage the client renewal pipeline and meet retention targets.
* Provide operational support, monitor product usage, and assist with client reporting.
Requirements:
* A degree in business, finance, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
* At least 2-4 years of experience in account management or client services within financial services, technology, media, information service vendors, insurance, investment management, or superannuation.
* Familiarity with wealth management, superannuation, life insurance, and investments is beneficial but not mandatory.
* Exceptional client service, account management, and engagement skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the client organization.
* Strong communication, presentation, and training skills are required.
* A highly organized workflow, attention to detail, effective prioritization, and time management are essential.
* A team player with a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to development.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
