SMYL Community Services is a not-for-profit community-based organisation seeking applications from experienced trainers for the delivery of the SEE Program.
A position currently exists in Kalgoorlie for an experienced relief trainer and assessor delivering a range of training which may include Business and Community Services. The successful applicant will be delivering language, literacy, numeracy and digital literacy skills.
Essential Qualifications
* A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122
Highly Desirable Qualifications
* A Certificate in Community Services and/or Business, at least to Level II
* A recognised undergraduate degree of at least 3 years duration
* Current working knowledge of the 2025 Standards for Registered Training Organisations
* Proven ability to develop, design and implement individual learning programs and assessment strategies and materials
* Highly developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
* Current Working with Children card, National Police Clearance and driver's license
