* Oversee day-to-day operations, including compliance and licensing requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in leading teams within high-volume or premium venues.
* In-depth knowledge of compliance and licensing regulations.
* Able to adapt to diverse situations with ease and enthusiasm.
* Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
* Current industry RSA and RSG qualifications as required by state regulations.
