Lead and Inspire
You will be responsible for leading and promoting a positive culture within our organization. This involves supporting recruitment, induction, probation reviews, resource planning and management, leave management, reimbursements, timesheets, and performance management. You will also supervise placement students and trainees.
Service Planning & Delivery
Develop support protocols and documentation in line with organizational policies. Identify needs for health and behavior support plans and training. Escalate client billing queries and assist with client funds management. Monitor medication administration, conduct audits, follow up on errors, and authorize PRN medications.
Communication & Collaboration
Report on client NDIS goal progression. Liaise with and provide updates to clients and their families/caregivers. Assist the Client Services Manager with business development activities as directed.
This role requires a Certificate IV in Leadership & Management or equivalent qualification, or 3+ years of experience in a similar role. You must have a passion for health and safety, demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People certifications. Additionally, you will need an NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check. Experience in leadership or staff management roles is highly desirable, as well as an Australian driver's license and access to a private vehicle.
