As the Asset Information Coordinator, you will join the Infrastructure Asset and Data Management team, providing specialist advice on asset data and information management frameworks, processes, and procedures. Your work will help ensure the organisation maintains high‐quality, reliable data that supports meaningful insights and informed decision-making.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Develop, implement and continually improve the corporate asset data standards, specifications and schema to improve the accessibility, consistency and utilisation of datasets
* Improving the customer experience for users of asset information systems by proactively gathering feedback, identifying opportunities for enhancement and delivering practical, fit-for-purpose technical solutions
* Working collaboratively with council's ICT team to coordinate, implement and maintain system integrations across platforms containing asset information such as Asset Management Information Systems and Geographical Information Systems
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing asset information systems, software applications and tools
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in information management, computer science, spatial science, data analytics or equivalent experience
* Hold a current Queensland C Class driver's licence
