Position Summary:

The Manager, Quality Systems Global Learning will be responsible for supporting and ensuring operational efficiency for the training process at Ultragenyx. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Work Model:
Flex - This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
Responsibilities:
Learning Management System (LMS) User Management and Support
* Create, update, and deactivate user accounts as necessary.
* Monitor and troubleshoot user access issues, ensuring timely resolution
* Provide guidance and technical support to end-users, instructors, and course designers.
* Work with content authors and Area Training Leads to deploy training to desired audiences.
Process Management, Troubleshooting and Improvement
* Work with the LMS IT System Owner and Vendor to identify system issues and drive to resolution.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, department heads, and employees.
* Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to workflows and operation processes.
* Provide reporting and analytics on users and compliance as requested.
* Participate in the CAPA process to address deviations and regulatory findings.
Documentation
* Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides for the LMS.
* Contribute to inspection readiness efforts by supporting logistics and responding to requests.
* Share best practices and develop Job Aids as needed to support the LMS Area Administrator Community of Practice.
* Support curriculum and content owners in the review process.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
* Minimum of 6 years experience in training organizations with Learning Management System administration responsibilities, with a minimum of 2 years in a GxP regulated environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be adaptable, flexible and solution focused with good attention to detail.
* Good to excellent knowledge of business tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Experience with a customer service management system, such as ServiceNow.
* Proficiency and hands-on experience with Quality and Electronic Document Management Systems such as Veeva is a plus.

The typical annual salary range for this full-time position is listed below. This range reflects the characteristics of the job, such as required skills and qualifications and is based on the office location noted in this job posting. The range may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible for annual bonus and equity incentives. Actual individual pay is determined by demonstrated experience and internal equity alignment.
Pay Range
$137,300 - $169,600 USD
