Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a therapeutic environment for young people to grow and learn
2. Support and manage complex behaviours in a consistent and calm manner
3. Build rapport and maintain professional boundaries
4. Plan activities to meet young people's needs and goals
5. Use daily routines to teach life skills
6. Complete administrative duties and transport clients as needed
