**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives to join our Australian sales team in our North Sydney offices. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential customers for our products and services.
With a business culture and team environment that has our customers' interests at the core of everything we do, we'll set you up for success by providing a comprehensive induction and onboarding into the business, including training on positioning our products and services.
In this role, the successful person will:
- Contribute to new talk tracks and sequences to engage audiences
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
- Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
- Contribute insights for sales and marketing strategies to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Strive to continuously contribute to improving the sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in CRM resulting in quality data and current pipeline forecasts
**ABOUT YOU**
- Ideally have experience in sales development, lead generation, and customer relationship management
- live to connect with the humans at the other end of your outreach but aren't phased by rejection
- love to test new approaches and turn ambiguity into clarity and inform creation of basic processes
- have experience with B2B software systems
- have experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in SaaS; or within the AEC industry
- are a team player and have great communication skills, both verbal and written
- have strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel and knowledge of CRM systems, or equivalent systems
- have got a proven track record of hitting targets
- Are able to thrive in a growth focused environment
- have the ability to move quickly, strategically, with superb tactical execution

If you are based in Sydney, it is a Hybrid role. If you are based in Australia, this will be a remote role, but would suit someone who is ok to work in that setting.
