Are you a highly experienced and detail-oriented bookkeeper with a minimum of four years of experience?
We're looking for a dedicated professional to manage our financial operations and ensure our continued success.
This is a full-time position, five days a week, with flexible working hours.
What You'll Do:
Financial Management: Oversee all daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations and prepare and reconcile the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement.
Reporting: Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and other financial reports.
Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including payroll tax and superannuation obligations.
Journals & Payroll Tax: Manage payroll tax obligations and prepare all necessary month-end journals.
Stock Control: Demonstrate a strong understanding of stock control principles and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to provide financial insights, address queries, and inform key business decisions.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 4 years as a bookkeeper in a previous role.
Proven expertise in accounting principles and financial software (e.g., Myob preferred).
Experience with payroll processing and related compliance.
A solid understanding of stock control and inventory management.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
A reliable and trustworthy professional who can handle confidential information with discretion.
