The Role
You will own activation, adoption, and long‐term success for a portfolio of venues. This is product‐led customer success, you design repeatable playbooks, in‐product guides, and moments that delight.
Success looks like: fast activation, short time to first value, deep feature adoption, high net retention, healthy expansion, strong NPS.
What You'll Do
* Onboard and activate: build smooth journeys with in‐app checklists, group sessions, and focused 1:1s when needed.
* Drive adoption: use health scores and cohort insights to nudge the right actions, unlock value feature by feature.
* Grow accounts: run value reviews, share ROI wins, introduce modules that help customers hit their goals.
* Champion the customer: turn feedback into improvements, partner with Product on guides, help centre content, and smart prompts.
* Upgrade the engine: refine playbooks, automate steps, keep the experience efficient and human.
* Operate with great tools: HubSpot, Intercom, Mixpanel, Gong, Monday.com, Zoom.
About You
* 2 to 4 years in Customer Success or Onboarding at a SaaS company, hospitality background is a plus.
* Clear communicator who builds trust quickly, great on Zoom and in venue.
* Comfortable with data, you translate dashboards into next steps.
* Ownership mindset, proactive, collaborative, you make things better every week.
* Thrive in a growing team, you enjoy building systems that scale.
Nice to have:
POS or payments exposure, inventory or recipe costing familiarity, basic SQL or strong spreadsheet skills, experience with PLG motions and health scoring.
