* Leasing & Resident Services Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for continuous leasing and resident engagement while ensuring alignment with overall property goals.
* Reporting & Data Analysis: Document leasing activities, review feedback, and provide comprehensive reports to management to improve resident satisfaction and leasing success.
* Property & Tenancy Management: Manage leasing transactions, tenancy agreements, condition reports, inspections, and compliance with regulations.
* Resident Experience & Service Coordination: Oversee resident service initiatives, events, and programs, ensuring prompt response to resident requests.
* Market Monitoring & Collaboration: Stay updated on market trends, vacancy rates, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance property management strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
* No prior property experience is required.
* Candidates from various backgrounds including hospitality, events, student accommodation, and hotel management are considered.
